Could There Be Much More to Isabella Finch Than We Know?

After observing certain trends within the show, I have a feeling that there could be an unsavory aspect of Isabella’s legacy that Scrooge isn’t aware of.
If there is, I think the worst truth that could be revealed about her is that she was associated with F.O.W.L. to some degree. Either as an agent or maybe part of the reason why it was founded.
Yeah, yeah, I know, there's a lot of "[character] is part of F.O.W.L." theories floating around, but it's hard not to speculate this sorta thing when F.O.W.L. is set to have their biggest focus this season. And it’s not too far-fetched; her debut episode does end with F.OW.L. wanting to accomplish something in relation to her...They not only had prior knowledge about her journal when it was discovered, they also had one of the Missing Mysteries, The Third-Eye Diamond, stored in their archives for who knows how long...
Based on what has previously happened, all of the most prominent arcs from this season are bound to become much more relevant to each other than they were when they started out.
Towards the end of Season 1:
- The family was torn apart once again because of Della’s disappearance
- Magica caused the Shadow War because Lena helped her get a hold of the dime
- It was difficult for the family to reunite after understanding what happened with Della because Magica imprisoned Scrooge in his dime.
Towards the end of Season 2:
- Della’s return had temporarily put a hold on Louie’s business goals but after winning Glomgold’s bet with Scrooge, Louie became the head of McDuck Industries
- During his time as a business man, Louie took out the defense satellites, which accidentally aided the invasion
- The invasion accompanied Della’s return home
Something that could increase the chances of a deeper Finch-F.O.W.L. connection is how there are multiple cases where someone, who is highly regarded, ends up disappointing whoever looked up to them.
Sometimes a character will find out that the person they admired, isn’t as great as they perceived them to be.

They find out that that person lied to them on multiple occasions...

That the person has a bad alliance and the only reason they connected with them in the first place was to advance an evil plot...

Or the case will involve someone who is scared to find out if they’ve been admiring a bad person.

Sometimes it’s the admired, or
generally upstanding, person who is scared. They feel like they won’t be able to meet up to other people’s expectations and maintain that good image they’re known for.

Sometimes their heroism is questioned and they need to think if they’re actually doing the right thing...

Sometimes they really do end up being a bad person.

While in other times, they only seem bad due to a misinterpretation or a false claim being made about them.

If there’s something up with Isabella on more of a smaller scale, then it could just be that her stories are greatly exaggerated, like Cornelius Coot’s success against the Beagle Militia. They were both described as legends and the concept of having a journal full of mysteries reminds me of a lot of how Della’s was featured in that episode.
But geez, can you imagine Scrooge finding out that his childhood hero had a hand in the very organization bent on getting rid of him and his family?
That’s devastating.

but it wasn't her fault...it was the result of her actions that motivated it...hmmm
tag notes: is it me or does she look kinda nervous on the cover?
she looks more confident in the painting than the book
hmm how she was remembered vs. who she really was?
