I just remembered something that makes “Cargo” even more interesting:

For the longest time, there was a rumor about how TaleSpin was originally intended to be a DuckTales spin-off with Launchpad as the main character.

Now we have a DuckTales episode focused on TaleSpin staring someone who’s a little too much like Launchpad, without Launchpad being featured in it.  

Have we come to an ironic circle? Or is it more of an open chain link?
