🚨 Launchpad in Lorcana: Here and NOW‼ 📢

That's right! Five decks later after my speculation post, 
Launchpad (or his glimmer, rather) has finally made his Lorcana debut! 🎉

The card is from "Whispers in The Well" and it's the BIGGEST DuckTales drop we've seen so far!  ("Into the Inklands" had about 21 DT cards while "Whisper" has 33!) I couldn't believe my eyes during the reveals! All these characters from the show kept getting announced: Mrs. B, Goldie, INSPECTOR TEZUKA?! Man, the folks at Ravensburger really loved this show, ha!

Someone over there especially loves Magica. 

I feel like she's going to reach a hundred cards if the series lasts long enough.

Anyway, let's see that card!

Yup, doing a plane-related something! I'm guessing this takes place somewhere in one of those caverns or tunnels that were mentioned on the official site? It's certainly dark and smokey-looking...and contains the words "off the map" which does amuse me, but like I said previously, I don't think they were inspired by what could have happened to him in Space. If the smoke isn't something having to do with whispers, it's probably debris from the crash...he's writing that down on his list, isn't he?

And that's not all; Launchpad's DWD glimmer will also debut in the upcoming deck, "Winterspell", with other characters from that show!

And that's STILL not all! Della got TWO NEW CARDS sporting her Moon Hobo look:

This was really great to see! I can't wait to see them get more! 😄

Considering how DWD heavy the next deck will be, I think it's safe to say that version of LP will at least get a second card...and because there are glimmers based on multiple versions of one character, it makes me wonder if classic styled Della and DT87 LP have a chance...and since more than one character can be on a card, it would be...very fun to see both pilots being depicted as a team...in a funny or positive way...probably asking for too much here since they tend to get separated...but, I mean, they just got featured in the same deck. That in itself was a surprise. Maybe they could surprise us again. 👀

I know one thing that's for sure: We're gonna get some great artwork! :D
