File Hints?

While watching “What Ever Happened to Donald Duck?!” I thought the dates listed in his file looked very peculiar...a couple of them have years that are too far in advance while the others don't have any years attached to them at all. 

Similarly to the Spear’s manual in “What Ever Happened to Della Duck?!”, I began to wonder if these number may actually be referring to Season 2 production codes:

If this is true, could there be something special about these episodes that connect them with “The Shadow War!” and “Happened to Donald”?

my initial thought is that they provide info on the spear of selene
that may not be easy to catch
like...the dad side and why it happened
